Why Mold Freedom is Different

  • Complete Home Inspections

The inspectors at Mold Freedom only conduct Whole-Home Inspections. This is a deep dive (5+ hour) inspection to track down previous water damage, apparent microbial growth, and conditions conducive to mold growth. We do not conduct partial inspections.

  • We don't Upsell Extra Testing

ALL of our mold testing is “at cost”, meaning, we don’t make extra money by trying to add-on additional tests. We will only recommend tests we feel are truly necessary to discover the source of an issue or prove the presence of mold. We even pass along special discounts on testing when possible. :-)

  • No Conflicts of Interest

We have no official partnerships with any remediation companies and will always remain an impartial party when it comes to your remediation. In Colorado, there is no law preventing a remediation company from also conducting testing, but we always recommend independent testing to avoid conflicts of interest.

  • Multiple Testing Methods

There is no perfect test for mold. Period. We use multiple methods depending on the situation and conditions. These may include cavity air samples, multiple types of surface samples, dust dna, peptide bond tests & more.

Inspection Process

We want to know everything you can tell us about the history of your house including previous water-loss events, disclosures from your home purchase, history of renovations, etc.
